Big Bay AQHA gelding for sale

You guys have heard what a nitwit (to put it mildly) my sister is. Well she's finally doing one thing right, that is, having me help her sell this guy. She got him as a weanling, got some good training put into him, but now with her baby isn't finding enough time for him. Initially he was supposed to be a husband-horse, but her husband has refused to ride plus Dasher is too much horse for him (he never had horses before).

I measured Dasher myself, and know the horse a bit; this is the ad copy I'm using. If any of you are interested, let me know! He really is a good guy -- it wasn't his fault his owner put him in with a strange mare who he promptly started beating on. He's kept with two other mares that he gets along with just fine.

Dasher is a big stout AQHA gelding, measures at an honest 16H and is nicely broke to ride. Has been used as a pleasure horse, he's seen lots of road and trail miles including riding in the Black Hills twice. 60 days professional training, during which he was put on a cow and tracked it naturally as they come. Sound, great ground manners: lunges, great with his feet, drops head for bridling, stands quietly for tacking up and mounting. Neck reins, leg cues, rides quiet but confidently, with a playful buck thrown in once in a while just to keep the rider awake, thus he's not for beginners. Trailers and travels well, absolutely no vices, UTD on deworming/farrier/vaccs including West Nile. Must sell; new baby in the family means less time for the horses. I knew I shouldn't have looked! He's my horse! I love the Frosty Feature/Mr Race Runner horses plus he's bay and solid.

I don't doubt you shouldn't have any problems selling him. He's certainly got rope/barrel horse potential with his bloodlines.
